We have reorganised the structure of your permanent contacts in sales and field sales from March 2024 and also welcome Matthias Dietschmann as a new member of the sales team. With immediate effect, we have assigned our customers in Germany to one of four - in some cases new - areas:
Michael Balke will take over the north-west of North Rhine-Westphalia, as well as parts of Hesse via Lower Saxony, Bremen, Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. Jan Knebel will remain your familiar contact for the north-east with Saxony, Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, Berlin and Brandenburg as well as Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Joachim Kunz will cover the south-east with Bavaria and parts of Baden-Württemberg. Matthias Dietschmann is a new member of the RST team and will cover south-west Germany, including parts of Hesse and Baden-Württemberg as well as Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland.
Thanks to the reorganisation of the sales territories, we are now even more quickly available to you locally for all questions relating to our extensive product and service portfolio. If you are an active RST customer, you will have already received an e-mail with the contact details of your new contact person in the last few days.
